The sessions are held at the Methodist Girls School (50m Pool), 12 Blackmore Drive, Singapore 599986. This is next to King Albert Park MRT and there is free parking on site.
OUR SESSIONS EXPLAINED
COS FUSION: This session is a mix of everything; speed, technique and endurance, and a good choice for those who do not have time to attend multiple sessions a week.
COS SPEED: This is a fast session aimed to enhance your speed. Expect intervals to range between 50m and 500m. Some technique work will be added in but the focus will be on maintaining speed and awareness on how fatigue starts to affect your stroke.
COS ENDURANCE: This session has a lower impact level than the Speed session. The intervals are typically longer with slower time targets. The session builds aerobic fitness.

$250 monthly. $19 a session if attending 3 sessions a week (3 month Membership)
$240. $24 a session for a pack of 10 sessions (8 week validity)
$28 for a single session.
