COLIN O'SHEAHead CoachColin is a qualified triathlon coach, AUSTSWIM swim coach and the founder of triathlon coaching company COS Coaching having started the business in 2016.
Colin swam competitively in Ireland through school and university. He has worked as a lifeguard in Ireland and the USA. Colin is a Kona qualifier and well known elite age group triathlete in Asia. He has won numerous age group titles over the years. The highlights of his career include competing at the Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii in 2017 and finishing second globally in the Ironman All World Athlete program in 2015. He has won the Singapore Metasprint Series in 2017, 2018 and the Metasprint Triathlon for the third year in a row in 2019. Colin enjoys passing on his passion and experience in the sport to others looking to improve their capabilities whether a beginner or experienced athlete. He has consistent success in coaching others to achieve their triathlon goals and obtain new PBs. He has a wealth of knowledge in this field including training athletes competing in different climates, terrains and altitudes and assisting athletes in finding the right sports nutrition strategy for race day. CHARLENE TANG
Triathlon CoachCharlene is a certified triathlon coach. Charlene provides online coaching to both beginner and experienced triathletes.
Charlene's interest in multi-sports began in her late teens. She is a competitive and experienced triathlete and has been consistently rising through the age group ranks in Asia. She has earned multiple qualifications in the 70.3 Ironman World Championships and won her age group at Ironman 70.3 Colombo 2018, came second runner-up in 2019, 3rd overall female at 113 Desaru 2018, and 3rd overall female at the Tri-Factor Asian Championship 2018 in Quzhou, China. Locally, she frequently podiums at the Metasprint series and the Tri-factor series events. Charlene hopes to guide and inspire others, and be a part of their journey in finding a better, healthier and stronger version of themselves through triathlon. Qualifications:

Masri is a well experienced triathlete and coach having taken part in races across Asia and Europe and coached athletes for a wide variety of events. With more than 15 years’ experience as an instructor who trained fellow prison officers in both tactical skills and physical fitness, Masri now helps athletes of all ages and abilities to achieve their sporting goals. Andrew PattersonTriathlon CoachAndrew is a qualified triathlon coach and coaches triathletes of all levels. Andrew has a particular interest in hot-weather racing, nutrition, and mindset.
Andrew has been racing competitively since 2015 around SE Asia and beyond and has qualified for four 70.3 World Championships. In addition, Andrew runs the IronmanHacks YouTube channel and website where he has interviewed past legends and current pros of the sport like Dave Scott, Mark Allen, Sam Laidlow, Craig Alexander, and many more. RICHARD MCCARTHY
Cycling Coach
Richard is a certified cycling coach providing online coaching to both beginner and experienced cyclists and catering for those who are seeking to complete a challenge event or compete in road racing, time trials, criteriums, mountain biking or hill climbs.
Richard’s involvement in cycling began at an early age traveling around Ireland competing in various events. After focusing heavily on his career for over a decade Richard couldn’t shake off the bug instilled as a youth racer and returned to competition again, taking multiple wins against the clock in cycling time trials. He has also had extensive experience competing in road races, criteriums and mountain bike races in Europe. Richard has experience in dealing with injuries and has worked extensively with physiotherapists in adapting training approaches to be able to compete competitively after injury and thereafter remain injury free. Richard has numerous top 10 road and time trial placings. He will bring immeasurable enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge and experience to your training programme.
